Great for the cost, convenient location walking distance to town with car parking. Rooms were cosy and tidy and the staff were great. Liked that there was a kitchen and laundry available for guests to use, would have been fantastic if we were staying for a longer time.

A well-priced convenient stopover location prior to carching a Newquay plane. Very friendly check-in with John. Small but clean room with kettle and en suite. car park at rear. Building not attractive and access to room was up two flights of very narrow stairs (no lift). No breakfast before 8 am. Communal Kitchan area and living room with fridge,ice and billiard table.
